The contract entered into between REBRAC SPA and the Customer is concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by REBRAC SPA. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way.
By placing an order in the various ways permitted by REBRAC SPA, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to accept the general conditions in full. payment methods described below.
If the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, he will print or save a copy electronic and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
All rights of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to people and / or things caused by failure to do so are excluded. acceptance, even partial, of an order by REBRAC SPA.
The Customer is required to keep his personal data up-to-date (phone number, address, tax code or VAT number, etc. ) communicated to REBRAC SPA for registration. REBRAC SPA is in no way responsible for communications sent to the customer but never received due to outdated contact information or documents issued with incorrect data present in the registry.


The Customer can only and exclusively purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of REBRAC SPA at the time of placing the order and viewable online at (URL) www.ambrosiaofficial.com, as described in the relative information sheets.
The image present in the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in color, dimensions and accessory products shown in the figure. All purchase support information (Glossary, Buying Guide, Reviews, etc.) are to be considered as simple generic information material, not attributable to the real characteristics of a single product.
REBRAC SPA communicates the correct receipt of the order by e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during registration (or, if the same has subsequently been changed by the customer, to the address currently present in the registry). The message will include, in addition to the date and time of the order, also the "order number" which will be unique and the only one that the Customer must use for subsequent communications with REBRAC SPA. All data entered in the order will be re-proposed in the confirmation message and the Customer undertakes to verify its correctness and communicate any corrections to the e-mail address info@ambrosiaofficial.com.
In case of non-acceptance of the order by part of REBRAC SPA is guaranteed the timely communication to the Customer via e-mail.


- Advance bank transfer
The Advanced Payment form of payment cannot be used on all the items in the catalog. Any limitations are clearly highlighted in the shopping cart. In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the order ordered by the Customer will be kept busy until receipt of proof of payment, to be sent to REBRAC SPA (by fax or e-mail) no later than 3 working days from the order acceptance date. The sending of the order will take place only when the actual crediting of the due amount to the c/c of REBRAC SPA which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be deemed automatically canceled.
The reason of the bank transfer must include:

  • the order reference number;
  • the order execution date;
  • name and surname of the order holder.

- PayPal Choosing PayPal as a payment method, after confirming the order, the Customer will be automatically directed to the login page on the PayPal site, this type of payment does not involve any surcharge on the total goods.
The amount due will be debited from the PayPal account simultaneously with the order confirmation and, in the event of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the same account.
REBRAC SPA cannot in any way be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused from the delay by PayPal in releasing the amount committed.
REBRAC SPA is in no case able to know the financial position or the data of the Customer for which no IT archive will be created or maintained containing such data.
At the end of the transaction the customer will receive the summary email from PayPal.


The right of withdrawal is regulated pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005. If the customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), he has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without penalty, except for what indicated in the following points 5.c and 5.e of the paragraph "Right of withdrawal". If a customer - consumer buys the goods for personal use but indicates a VAT number in the order confirmation, he will not be able to exercise this right.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send REBRAC SPA a notice to that effect, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be addressed to REBRAC SPA, Via Paghezzana, 29 - Fosdinovo (MS) by forwarding a copy by e-mail to info@ambrosiaofficial.com, always sent within the aforementioned 14-day deadline and sending the original by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent VERY QUICKLY within the next 336 hours.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), kept and possibly used in the normal manner diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions of the following points 5.c and 5.e. It is recommended to insert the whole in a second box, on which to affix besides the address of the recipient and of the sender, also a label showing the number of NAR. In any case it is absolutely forbidden to affix labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • The purchased good must be returned intact in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (ie manuals, cables, installation disks, etc.). Even the original packaging, as already described several times, must be intact, or in the same conditions in which it was delivered to the Customer;
  • It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the product purchased as it is applicable only and exclusively to the product purchased in its entirety (or to all that is contained in the original packaging delivered to the Customer and not, for example, only to some accessories , software, etc.);
  • The shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer and will not be reimbursed even the delivery costs to the customer and any other accessory costs highlighted at the time of the order;
  • The goods subject to shipment remain under the full responsibility of the customer until the certificate of receipt at our office is received;
  • The right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed software (including those attached to hardware), once opened;
  • In case of damage to the goods during transport, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

  • In the case of goods returned with uninsured shipments REBRAC SPA is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of the same;
  • Upon arrival at our office, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, as a contribution to the restoration costs, REBRAC SPA will deduct from the refund due a percentage of the same which cannot be higher than the 10%. Except as expressly indicated in point 5.c of the paragraph "Right of withdrawal", REBRAC SPA will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 days from the return of the goods, through the procedure of cancellation of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer.
    In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the invoice holder).
    The right of withdrawal totally lapses, in the absence of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its content), in cases where REBRAC SPA ascertains:
  • non-diligent use of the good that has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumables;
  • the absence of the external and / or original internal packaging;
  • the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
  • damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.

In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters of REBRAC SPA, available to the Customer for collection at your expense.


REBRAC SPA can accept orders only with delivery in Italian territory. Delivery to the localities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia is not included.
For every order placed on REBRAC SPA it issues an invoice for the material sent, sending it via e-mail to the order holder, pursuant to Article 14 of the Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall apply No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance thereof. The delivery costs will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the goods purchased and will be explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. The payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when ordering. There are no other amounts due by the Customer with respect to the total order.
The times indicated for delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for REBRAC SPA No responsibility can be imputed to REBRAC SPA in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
The delivery of the order is intended at street level. For different delivery methods it is necessary to make an explicit written request via e-mail to our customer service at info@ambrosiaofficial.com.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
  • that the packaging is intact in all its parts and not damaged. Even the adhesive tape or any material that is used to close the package must be intact.

In the event of damage to the packaging, any tampering, breakage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be disputed on the spot at the time of delivery, applying GOODS CONTROL RESERVE FOR ... (specifying the reason, eg "packaging damaged "," wet packaging "," parcel already open ", etc.) on the courier's delivery document.
IMPORTANT: If the courier's delivery document is signed by the Customer without recording any reserve as described above, there will be no no possibility of dispute referring to the external characteristics of the goods delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery by writing an e-mail to the e-mail address elettronica info@ambrosiaofficial.com indicating in the object the words "PROBLEMS FOR DELIVERY ORDER NUMBER (and write the order number communicated by REBRAC SPA to the customer).
NOTE: It is good practice to keep the original packaging for the entire duration of the warranty as they are very useful to be able to send the goods to the service center if the need arises and, however, at least for the first 10 days from the delivery date in order to have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering, the order will be returned to the warehouses of REBRAC SPA and any extra storage and shipping costs will be requested.


The personal data requested at the time of placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will in no case and in no way be transferred to third parties. REBRAC SPA guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and subsequent amendments and additions.
